An Insignificant Person With A Significant Dream
I hail from a city called Chennai in Southern India. Until my graduation I did not travel much and I stayed closer to my home. Once I joined my work I travelled to almost all the major cities and states in Northern and Southern India. I met and worked with people belonging to different regions and cultures within India. I had the opportunity to personally experience the diversity of India, the different languages, their food habits, their festivals and what not. After travelling through the lengths and breadths of India I got an opportunity to move to California. I couldn’t believe I was working in Hollywood a different world and a different experience altogether. I met people with international background. Even in the United States I travelled a bit, I relocated to the East Coast for few years and then moved back to the West Coast.
As a person I constantly aspire for personal growth and development in all aspects of life. I believe and practice to be well rounded and balanced person physically, mentally and emotionally. Be it an individual, or an organization, or a country, or even the globe, it is essential to maintain a balance. When we sense some imbalance it is vital to work on restoring the balance else the imbalance will take down the entire system sooner or later. After having travelled and exposed to various different places and cultures, I sense a huge imbalance in the society we live. This huge imbalance is caused by the cultural differences among people. By fixing the culture the balance can be restored. Once the balance is restored, happiness, growth, prosperity will be evenly distributed and there will be abundant peace all around us.
I am here on a mission to instil the sense of both balance and imbalance in our society. I want to educate about the cultural flaws that are causing those imbalance, thereby attempting to restore the balance. This job is not tough but it is closer to impossible from where I am right now. Let’s see how things shape up from here. Thanks for taking time to read about me.
Sincerely,
Aleem
